An Emirati academic, researcher, and writer who serves as an Assistant Professor at the College of Communication, University of Sharjah. She holds a PhD in Communication Philosophy and has over 17 years of professional and academic experience in corporate communication, higher education, training, and sustainable community and environmental content creation. Previously, she headed the Government Communication Department at Fujairah Tourism and Antiquities Authority, published peer-reviewed academic research, and presented notable papers, including one on sustaining women’s education during the COVID-19 pandemic. Creatively, she authored a social novel, won awards in scriptwriting and community service, and is a graduate of the first cohort of the Nashr program supported by Sheikha Bodour Al Qasimi. She rose within the Fujairah Social and Cultural Association to become its Vice President and now holds an honorary lifelong membership. Her accolades include the Arab-wide “Leader’s Imprint” Award in 2020, the Community Excellence Award in 2024, and the prestigious Expo Dubai Medal presented by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. She is also the founder of Innama Publishing, Training, and Marketing House, a platform dedicated to empowering young and emerging writers through an integrated system of publishing, training, and marketing, driven by her belief that every idea deserves to reach the world.
