Dr. Naim Maadad, Founder and CEO of Gates Hospitality, has over 30 years of experience in the global hospitality industry, leading award-winning concepts such as Folly, Bistro Des Arts, and Six Senses Zighy Bay. With senior roles at Six Senses and Minor Hotels before founding Gates in 2010, he brings extensive operational and commercial expertise. Based in the Middle East for 20+ years, he is Chairman of the Australian Business Council Dubai, sits on several hospitality boards, and mentors the next generation of leaders. In 2025, he was named among Arabian Business’s Top 100 Leaders shaping the UAE.
