Dr. Mohammed Ibrahim Al Dhaheri is a distinguished diplomat serving as Director of the Strategy and Future Department at the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs since December 2021 and Deputy Director General of the Anwar Gargash Diplomatic Academy since January 2022. Since joining MoFA in 2018, he has held key roles in policy planning and strategy. Previously, he worked at the Ministry of Interior leading projects on strategy and government policies. He holds a PhD in Management and Strategic Foresight (London, 2021), along with multiple master’s degrees in strategy, diplomacy, and human resources, and a bachelor’s in software engineering
