His Excellency Eng. Salem Hamid Al Abdouli

BIO

H.E. Eng. Salem Hamed Al Abdouli, Director of the Housing Department in Sharjah, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the American University of Sharjah and an MBA from the Canadian University in Dubai, and is currently pursuing his PhD in Engineering Management at the University of Sharjah. A graduate of the Leadership Preparation Program, he has over 15 years of experience in housing and project management, during which he has held several leadership positions. He played an active role in advancing the housing system in the Emirate through pioneering projects and initiatives that enhanced residential stability, and has received multiple awards and recognitions for his outstanding contributions to the sector.
