Held during his distinguished career in service to the United Arab Emirates a number of high-ranking positions, including: member of the Health and Environment Affairs Committee, member of the Friendship Committee with the Parliaments of the Gulf Cooperation Council States, member of the Arab Parliament, member of the Economic and Financial Affairs Committee in the Arab Parliament, and member of the Preparatory Committee for the Economic Forum in the Arab Parliament. He is also a retired Armed Forces officer, and a former Vice President of Dibba Al-Hisn City Council in the Department of Districts Affairs Department in Sharjah
