The Chairman of Dibba Al-Hisn City Council at Districts Affairs Department. He holds a PhD in International Criminal Law from the University of Kent in the United Kingdom. Renowned for his contributions to national and global initiatives, Dr. Al Ghoul is also a lecturer at Rabdan Academy, specializing in human rights, community engagement, and developmental initiatives. In addition to his academic and governmental work, he is a regular columnist for the UAE-based Al Khaleej newspaper, where he offers weekly geopolitical, diplomatic, and international relations analysis.
